We have a program for every child
At T-SPL's Junior Library, there's something for everyone!
With different programs for each age, the Junior Library also hosts family friendly programs, like Lego Saturday and the Lego Contest. The Junior librarians work hard at hosting new events throughout the year, like Fancy Nancy parties, Start Your Art, Playtime @ Your Library and more.
Be sure to mark your calendar for our large events like the summer reading program, Storybook Festival and Operation Elf: The Community Christmas party, hosted by National Machinery, LLC.
For a complete listing of events, check out the Library's online calendar.

Exclusively for babies, ages birth through 18 months, the program is a perfect bonding time full of stories, finger plays, songs and interacting with other children.

Fun for 1 1/2 to three year olds with their parents or caregivers. Full of language enrichment activities like stories, songs and finger plays.

For children who are three, four, five and six years old. Full of stories, poems, songs, finger plays and puppets for lots of educational fun.

Use the Library's Legos and Duplo Blocks to make a new creation every month. Each session has a new theme, so be ready to get creative.

Especially for children, ages 9 through 12, read the same book then come into the library to play games and make crafts related to the book.

At the beginning of the year, the Junior Library hosts a Lego Contest, which shows off children's Lego creations with a People's Choice prize.
