Tiffin-Seneca Public Library's Media Department has education and entertainment DVDs, videocassettes, audiobooks, CDs, CD-ROMS, art prints, PlayAways and downloadable audiobooks, eBooks and music (seoebook.seo.lib.oh.us)
Policies
Patrons must be 16 or older to check out feature films. All other media can be checked out by any T-SPL card holder. All media items circulate at no charge

Renewals
Art Prints and all media items may be renewed two times
Reserves
All materials can be reserved on-line, asking at the Media or Information Desks or by calling the Library.
Fines
Videos, DVDs $1.00 per day.
Compact Discs, CD-ROM, Audios & Art Prints $.20 per day
The patron is responsible for returning materials in good condition. In case of loss, theft or damage, the patron will be charged the replacement cost of the item.
